The Kuhn FB3135 fixed chamber baler is a high end model with ‘Isobus’ steering, to ensure clear operator settings such as the amount of net layers and type of binding start (manual / automatic).

Being able to adjust the bale density from the comfort of the tractor cab gives additional driver comfort. Whilst use of efficient techniques such as a ‘Integral Rotor’ and ‘Powertrack’ (with 18 power track rollers) ensures very high density and reliable bale rotation in all crop conditions.

The FB 3135 also offers the ‘Opticut 14’ and ‘Opticut 23’ with intensive cutting to ensure quality cut crops. Double security is provided by the hydraulic rotor disengagement and ‘Dropfloor’ technology which allows the floor and knives to be lowered hydraulically from the tractor cab should there be a rotor blockage.

This high end model also has heavy roller bearings which are oversized with central greasing and ‘Beka-Max’ to ensure continuous chain oiling for maximise baler reliability. The net binding system within this baler also assures a firm bale shape with constant high net tension throughout the entire binding cycle, even beyond the bale shoulders.
