After securing the bale with the net wrap the bale chamber opens for instant high speed wrapping. The two vertical film cutters hydraulically rise from the lower part of the bale chamber then cut and firmly hold the film.

Excellent wrapping can be assured by Kuhn’s ‘IntelliWrap’ which uses sophisticated electronics and hydraulics to monitor the wrapping process. IntelliWrap provides well-shaped, tightly sealed bales which ultimately ensures the quality of silage is at it’s optimum value.

The iBIO+ is also ‘Isobus’ compatible which allows operator settings to be accessed whilst key information can be displayed such as bale growth detection to name but a few.
